Former Pg Fabulous 5 Selection Doesn't Miss a Beat at Holy Cross Burrell Grad Decides to Transfer, but Will Stay Put in California

The Edinboro University women's basketball team won the PSAC tournament championship and Vaughn played a key role. Vaughn, a senior guard from Beaver Falls High, averaged 11 points in the final three games of the tournament. She had 13 against California, 12 against West Chester and 8 in the title game against Millersville. Vaughn is averaging 4.3 points a game for Edinboro, which will play in the NCAA Division II tournament Friday night against Virginia State.

Austin Butler played at Holy Cross and was one of the best freshmen in the Patriot League this season. Butler was named to the Patriot League All-Rookie team. He was second on the team in scoring at 9.8 points a game and led the team in 3-pointers with 39. Butler scored 12 points when Holy Cross lost to Colgate in the Patriot League semifinals. …
