CITY will be without star striker Sergio Aguero for tonight's trip to face Stoke in the Premier League.

The Argentine forward revealed he has suffered 'discomfort' in his left knee, which will leave him sidelined for approximately two weeks.

Aguero suffered a knock during Saturday's first-team training session and will now be treated by club doctors as he prepares to make a full recovery.

City's record scorer took to Twitter yesterday afternoon to post an update on his most recent setback.

"During yesterday's training I had a discomfort on my left knee," Aguero wrote.

"The club's doctors told me I'll be back with the team in approximately two weeks.

"Now it's time for a full recovery!" Aguero will miss City's trip to the Bet365 stadium, however, he is expected to make a full recovery during the upcoming international break. …
