NAT101 - (Missing-Climber) VANCOUVER. x-10s. A well-known British Columbia rock climber who died while on a trek in Alaska is being remembered as a talented athlete and passionate speaker. State Troopers say Marc-Andre Leclerc of Squamish, B-C, is presumed dead along with his climbing companion, Ryan Johnson of Juneau. John Irvine is the manager of global community marketing with outdoor gear company Arc'Teryx (ark-TEHR'-ix), a sponsor of Leclerc's climbing career.
