-GAMES-God-Of-War: The upcoming "God of War" game opens with the protagonist Kratos, slayer of gods and ultimate fighting machine, in the decidedly pedestrian act of cutting down a tree. The act of swinging his axe threatens to overtake him and send him into a warrior's rage, but the moment passes and he continues his mundane task. It's a small moment, but a telling one. -US-Governor's-Race-Cynthia-Nixon: Former "Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon says she'll challenge Gov. -John Cena's abiding love for children shows in his work and his philanthropy. Workwise, he's hosting the Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday on Nickelodeon, where he has two other shows in the works, and he's set to publish his first children's book this fall. -Cirque-Soleil-Death: A 38-year-old Cirque du Soleil performer died after falling during a Saturday evening performance in Tampa, Fla., the Canadian entertainment company announced Sunday.The Montreal-based entertainment group said that French aerialist Yann Arnaud fell to the stage while performing an aerial straps number during a performance of the company's VOLTA show.
