LARGIE Ramazani has become the latest United youngster to sign a professional contract.

Ramazani, 17, joined the club from Charlton Athletic's academy in the summer, starting three times and making nine substitute appearances for the table-topping Under-18s.

However, he has scored three goals and assisted another five.

The winger was born in Belgium and has already been capped at Under-17 level by the Belgian national team. Ramazani began his fledgling career at Anderlecht's academy before he moved to Charlton.

Ramazani wrote on his Instagram page: "Happy to sign my first professional contract with Manchester United. Hopefully many more to come!" The NBA broadcaster Benny Bonsu tweeted her pride at the youngster's happy news. She wrote: "Just finished work and as I am running to the car, I get a message with this picture from my adopted son Largie and just a 'Thank you for everything Mum' message. …
