WINNIPEG. x-10s. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister says a dispute over money is behind the mass resignation of board members at a provincial Crown corporation. Nine of the 10 board members at Manitoba Hydro have quit, citing an inability to meet with Pallister to discuss issues. But Pallister says the dispute erupted recently when the corporation wanted to pay 70-million dollars to the Manitoba Metis Federation regarding a new transmission line to the United States.
