WINNIPEG. x-07s. The former board chairman at Manitoba Hydro is fighting back, one day after he and most other board members resigned. Sanford Riley says he was unable to secure a meeting with Premier Brian Pallister to discuss important issues, including a proposed deal to pay the Manitoba Metis Federation 67-million dollars.
