NAT065 - (Woodlands-Compensation) NEW WESTMINSTER, B.C. x-21s. The B-C government is giving 10-thousand dollars to former residents of a notorious psychiatric hospital and school who were previously left out of a settlement because of a legal loophole. Provincial health minister Adrian Dix says the funds will be made available to hundreds of former residents, who say they experienced physical, sexual and emotional abuse at Woodlands in New Westminster.
