ROTHESAY, N.B. x-15s. Flood waters in southern New Brunswick have yet to peak as homeowners and volunteers continue efforts to protect homes and properties. Sand bagging operations were common in many communities throughout the weekend. Stephen Brittian, who was helping to move sandbags into an isolated subdivision in Rothesay, says damage is substantial.
