NAT104 - (NB-Flooding) FREDERICTON x-18s. Floodwaters are expected to continue rising for one more day before beginning to stabilize in the Saint John area of southern New Brunswick. Meanwhile, provincial officials say the extent of the damage was becoming clearer in areas cut off by the rising water.
