OTTAWA. x-07s. The leader of Alberta's United Conservative Party is fielding questions today about the disappearance of his website, and along with it, references to his grassroots guarantee. Jason Kenney promised last year that party members -- not the leader -- would drive party policy. But he says he does not support a vote at a policy convention on the weekend to have parents informed when their children join after-school social clubs, such as gay-straight alliances.
