FIRST-TEAM SPECIALISTS, UTILITY

K - PJ Hensley, senior, Ladue

A captain and leader, Hensley started at linebacker and played three games at quarterback for Class 4 runner-up Rams. The 5-foot-10 and 195-pound Hensley converted 74 extra points and 10 field goals.

P - Brady Cook, junior, Chaminade

The Metro Catholic Conference special teams player of the year, Cook averaged an area best 48 yards on 20 punts. Threw for 1,371 yards, 13 touchdowns and was intercepted eight times at quarterback.

UT - Kyren Williams, junior, Vianney

Metro Catholic Conference offensive player of the year, the 5-foot-10 and 190-pound Williams rushed for 922 yards and 22 touchdowns. He caught 51 passes for 774 yards and 12 TDs. Had 37 tackles, three sacks and four interceptions.

UT - Cody Schrader, senior, Lutheran South

Named Metro League player of the year for third consecutive season. A two-time first-team All-Metro selection, the 5-foot-10 and 215-pound Schrader rushed for 1,778 yards and scored 28 total touchdowns.

UT - David Ellison Jr., senior, Pattonville

A two-way standout, the 5-foot-10 and 185-pound Ellison rushed for 967 yards and 15 touchdowns. He made 112 tackles with two sacks and 10 interceptions. Named the Missouri Football Coaches Association Class 5 defensive player of the year.
