WINNIPEG. x-13s. The Manitoba Metis Federation says it is taking the province to court in a dispute over planned hydro projects. Federation president David Chartrand met today with the province and Manitoba Hydro to discuss a deal between the federation and Manitoba Hydro. Chartrand says they gave the province three weeks to come forward with an olive branch.
