WINNIPEG. x-11s. The Manitoba Metis Federation says it is taking the province to court in a dispute over planned hydro projects. Federation president David Chartrand met with the province and Manitoba Hydro to discuss a deal between the federation and Manitoba Hydro. Crown Services Minister Cliff Cullen says they are committed to consulting with the federation.
