CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. x-10s. An expected steady rhythm of hammers and saws this summer is just one of the indicators of an economic boom being felt across Prince Edward Island. Fred Bergman, a senior policy analyst with the Atlantic Province's Economic Council says the immigration of over 23-hundred new residents on P-E-I last year is a major factor. Economic Development Minister Chris Palmer says he has seen a fundamental change in attitude on how things are done on the Island.
