YELLOWKNIFE. x-14s. Alberta is drawing a diplomatic line in the sand at the western premiers conference in Yellowknife over the Trans Mountain pipeline. Deputy premier Sarah Hoffman has not signed the final communique from the meeting because it did not express all-party support for the pipeline project. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister didn't express his direct support for the pipeline, but says free trade among the provinces is important.
