THE charges against Liverpool for their fans' attack on the City team bus is scheduled to be heard tomorrow.

The Merseyside club was hit with four charges after the Blues' coach came under a hail of bricks, bottles and fireworks on its approach to Anfield for the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final.

All four charges came under article 16 of Uefa's disciplinary regulations and relate to - setting off fireworks, throwing of objects, crowd disturbances and acts of damage.

Liverpool will face a further three charges for incidents ahead of their semi-final first leg against Roma three weeks later, namely the setting off of fireworks, throwing of objects and crowd disturbances. Both cases will go before Uefa's control, ethics and disciplinary body. …
