(CP-Rail-Strike)

Pickets are up at C-P Rail sites this morning, now that more than three-thousand engineers and conductors walked off the job last night to back contract demands.

Premier John Horgan says the pipeline purchase does not reduce the risk to B-C's environment and economy. (5)
