P13 - (Cda-US-Trade) OTTAWA. x-21s. Canada is imposing dollar-for-dollar tariff "countermeasures" on nearly 17-billion dollars worth of U-S imports in response to an American decision to make good on its threat of similar tariffs against Canadian-made steel and aluminum. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the U-S tariffs are wrong, and the situation is "inconceivable." Trudeau says the move will hurt people on both sides of the border. ("..today, have.")
