CALGARY. x-15s. It's back to square one for a human rights complaint involving two Muslim students at a private school in Calgary. An Alberta human rights tribunal ruled in 2013 that Webber Academy was wrong to forbid the students from holding prayers in the non-denominational school. Today, the Alberta Court of Appeal ruled the tribunal made errors, and has ordered a new tribunal hearing. The school's president, Neil Webber, says he's hopeful he will win this time.

TAG: The tribunal ordered Webber Academy to pay a 26-thousand-dollar fine. The decision was upheld by the Court of Queen's Bench. The school then took the matter to the Court of Appeal.
