Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is siding with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in rejecting U-S President Donald Trump's push to open separate, bilateral trade talks with Canada and Mexico instead of further pursuing a new NAFTA agreement. But Scheer is criticizing Trudeau for waiting until July 1st to impose counter-tariffs on U-S steel and other products.
