WINNIPEG. x-11s. Canada's health ministers say they are moving closer to a national pharmacare program, but questions remain over who will pay for it and how broad it will be. Federal Health Minister Ginette Petitpas Taylor met today with many of her provincial counterparts in Winnipeg. Quebec's Gaetan Barrette says an advisory group is examining different options for a pharmacare program and will report back in the fall.
