Felon Pleads Guilty to Additional Crimes

A Turtle Creek woman with a history of fraud admitted to some new crimes on Monday.

Quinyahta Rochelle, 32, pleaded guilty to charges related to identity theft, using fake driver's licenses and credit cards, accessing computers without permission and weapons offenses.

Federal prosecutors said Rochelle, who went to prison for bank fraud in 2006, was involved in several schemes uncovered by the Secret Service, postal inspectors and police in Pennsylvania, Ohio and California.

Between March 2016 and July 2016, they said, she helped someone gain access to the social media accounts of various celebrities by hacking into them.

While law officers were conducting a search on her home in that investigation, they found several stolen guns and many rounds of ammo.

Rochelle is a felon because of the 2006 case and isn't allowed to have guns. …
