REAL Madrid have been forced to deny reports they've agreed a deal for Kylian Mbappe, as City continue to monitor the French international's position at Paris St Germain.

The European champions have issued a statement condemning stories they'd secured the signing of the World Cup star for £240m.

Mbappe's future is the subject of intense speculation as UEFA continue to scrutinise PSG's mega spending.

If the French champions are forced to sell to meet Financial Fair Play regulations, City would be at the head of the queue for Mbappe.

Real are also huge admirers of the 19-year-old - and joined City in the race to sign him from Monaco before his eventual £165.5m move to PSG last summer.

But after sources in France claimed Real president Florentino Perez had agreed a world record deal, the Spanish giants were quick to reject the stories. …
