(Britain-Trump-Protest)

Hundreds of people in London have crowded under a balloon depicting Donald Trump as a screaming, orange baby as protests across the U-K got under way to coincide with the American president's visit to England.

Some 16 balloon minders identifying themselves as "babysitters'' minded lead lines to the six-metre inflatable.

Two people from Pensacola, Florida said they were overjoyed with the spectacle they hope will encourage more people to get creative in protesting Trump's immigration, race-related and climate change policies.

Trump is sitting down this morning with British Prime Minister Theresa May, a day after criticizing her Brexit strategy in an interview with The Sun newspaper.

Trump and his wife, Melania, are expected to have tea with the Queen today at Windsor Castle. (5)

(EU-Greenland-Iceberg)

An iceberg six-kilometres long has broken off from a glacier in eastern Greenland.

New York University professor and ocean-science expert David Holland tells The Associated Press that this break from the Helheim Glazier is the largest event we've seen in over a decade in Greenland.

A June 22nd video of the incident was taken by his wife, Denise of NYU's Environmental Fluid Dynamics Laboratory.

Holland says the time-lapse video shows three per cent of the annual ice loss of Greenland happen in 30 minutes.(5)

(Greyhound-Route-Closures)

The impending withdrawal of Greyhound bus service from northern Ontario through to B-C this October has government officials from five provinces scrambling to figure out an alternative.

Western transport ministers and a rep from Ontario will be contacting their federal counterpart for help over Greyhound's surprise announcement early this week that it scrap all routes except for the Vancouver-to-Seattle one.

B-C's Transportation Minister Claire Trevena says they all want Marc Garneau to advocate for those who need access to safe, reliable and affordable transportation. …
