Anti-tobacco activists are calling on provincial governments to move ahead with lawsuits against big tobacco companies in their battle to recoup tobacco-related healthcare costs. Rob Cunningham with the Canadian Cancer Society says a decision today by the Supreme Court of Canada means the big tobacco companies have no more excuses to delay the court actions.
