A BUILDING could be transformed into a block of 200 rooms for students at Gary Neville's University Academy 92.

Plans to revamp Warwick House, opposite Trafford town hall, have been tabled. They will complement the former United defenderturned-developer's university plan. UA92 will open in the former Kellogg's office, opposite the Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

There were plans to turn Warwick House - a former office block on Talbot Road - into a block of 80 flats. Those proposals, by Beech Holdings, have been scrapped.

Now T-Space Developments has submitted plans for a student accommodation block, under the UA92 Student Living Brand.

Blueprints include a student lounge, a bar and cafe and communal facilities. If approved, it would be the second student block to serve the new university. …
