REGINA x- 13s. Saskatchewan R-C-M-P say they examined thousands of documents and spent about 75-hundred hours investigating the Global Transpotation Hub land deal, but they say they won't be laying charges. Opposition N-D-P critic Trent Wotherspoon says there needs to be a judicial inquiry into the deal, which cricits say saw the Crown corporation paying three times the appraised value for land west of Regina.
