Pog Wanted His France Displays to Be Hair-Raising

PAUL Pogba has explained he didn't dye his hair during the World Cup because he wanted the focus to be on his performances.

The United midfielder has become known for his flamboyant hairstyles with critics using them as a way to hammer Pogba when he has a poor performance.

And the France international decided he did not want to give his critics any more ammunition ahead of the tournament in Russia so made the decision against putting any colour in his hair.

Pogba was asked by a fan on an Instagram question and answer session as to why he didn't dye his hair, to which he replied: "Because I wanted peace to be only focus on my performance and not my look so there is no excuse they could only criticise the football part."

The 25-year-old is currently enjoying his holiday after winning the World Cup with France and in the same question and answer session he revealed his mother is looking after his World Cup winners' medal. …
