ST. JOHN'S, N.L. x-16s. A St. John's, Newfoundland veterinarian is warning dog owners to be careful with cannabis, saying her clinic is treating one dog per week for marijuana toxicity. T-H-C is toxic to dogs, especially smaller animals. Signs of toxicity include a low heart rate, dribbling urine, difficulty walking, and vomiting. Lori Savory rushed her husky to the vet last weekend, and was told the alarming symptoms were likely from a cannabis product her dog picked up at the park.
