NAT051 - (US-Tesla) (NOT FOR ONLINE USE) NEW YORK. x-15s. A proposal to pull off one of the biggest buyouts in U-S history has rocked Wall Street. Tesla C-E-O Elon Musk announced on Twitter yesterday that he's gearing up to lead a buyout out of the electric car maker, that would cost nearly 72-billion dollars, ending the maverick company's eight-year history of stock-market trading. Richard Waters, West Coast Editor of the Financial Times, isn't surprised that the Nasdaq stock market suspended trading of Tesla stock at one point yesterday. ("..a real question.") (SOURCE:ABC)
