NASA has postponed the launch of its Parker Solar Probe on a mission to study the Sun's atmosphere. Delays pushed the launch past the available window. Another attempt will be made tomorrow morning. The heat-resistant Parker probe will fly seven times closer to the Sun than any spacecraft ever has. Parker's seven year mission will study the solar wind and storms in the sun's corona that can disrupt satellite operations an communications here on earth.
