Experts say the Federal Court of Appeal's decision to quash Canada's approval of the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion will likely delay the project for years. The court ruled yesterday that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government must do more consultation with First Nations before the project can proceed. Lawyer Eugene Kung has worked for pipeline opponent the Tsleil-Waututh (tuh-SLAY'-wah-tooth) Nation, and says the government needs to do more than the bare minimum on consultation. ("..above that.")
