P14 - (Pipeline-Committee-Trudeau) SURREY, B.C. x-15s. The prime minister says he will fight for expansion of the Trans Mountain oil pipeline between Alberta and British Columbia so Canada is no longer a "prisoner" to markets south of the border. Justin Trudeau told a news conference in Surrey, B-C that his government is looking at how it can live up to a court ruling issued last week that has at least temporarily shut down the expansion project. TAG: B-C Premier John Horgan was at the same news conference, and told reporters he will continue to fight the Trans Mountain project. But he stressed that his government is still willing to work together with Ottawa on other issues.
