TAG: The pipeline is in limbo after the Federal Court of Appeal ruled the federal government had not done enough work consulting with First Nations and assessing the impact of marine traffic. Notley met with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau last week and says he has promised a timeline within weeks to get the project re-started.
