P08 - (WEA-Tornado-Feds) OTTAWA. x-17s. Crews continue working to restore electricity to neighbourhoods left in the dark by Friday's massive tornadoes in the national capital region. About 38-hundred people in the Ottawa area -- and about the same number in Gatineau, Quebec -- are still without power days after two tornadoes touched down. Ottawa city councillor Eli El-Chantiry says there is a concern, however, about power surges in damaged homes as the power comes back on. ("..on the home.") (SOURCE:The Canadian Press)
