NAT150 - (US-Bill-Cosby-Sentence) (NOT FOR ONLINE USE) NORRISTOWN, Pa. x-10s. A Pennsylvania judge says the "time has come" for Bill Cosby. Judge Steven O'Neill has told the 81-year-old comedian that he's not entitled to bail while he appeals his sexual assault conviction. Cosby was led from the suburban Pennsylvania courthouse in handcuffs to begin serving a three-to-10 year prison sentence for drugging and assaulting Canadian Andrea Constand in 2004. Attorney Gloria Allred, who represents some of Cosby's accusers, spoke to reporters outside the courthouse. ("..for her family.") (SOURCE:ABC)

TAG: Constand, who was born in Toronto, is one of about 60 women who have accused Cosby of sexual misconduct.
