Two Deny Murdering Paul Massey

TWO men have appeared in court to deny murdering Paul Massey.

The pair accused murder Massey's John Members of his family watched from the public gallery as Steven Boyle and Mark Fellows appeared in court via video-link Steven Boyle, 35, of Sandiway, Heywood , and Mark Fellows, 38, of Warrington, but originally of Salford,and both wearing T-shirts, entered Not Guilty pleas when the murder charge was put to them. They are both accused of murdering Paul Massey, of Salford, on July 26, 2015.

The judge, Mr Justice William Davis, remanded the two men in custody and they are due to re-appear on November 26 when they are due to stand trial.

The trial at Liverpool Crown Court is estimated to take eight weeks. Fatherof-five Mr Massey, 55, was shot outside his home in Manchester Road, Clifton, on July 26, 2015. …
