REGINA. x-09s. An anti-impaired driving group says Saskatchewan is ready for recreational cannabis when it becomes legal on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the minister responsible for Saskatchewan Government Insurance says the province's police officers are well trained and can do field sobriety tests. Joe Hargrave says if drivers are impaired and get behind the wheel, they will be caught by police.
