Most Afghans will return to the polls for parliamentary elections tomorrow, hoping to bring change to a corrupt government that has lost nearly half the country to the Taliban. But not in Kandahar, where the province's police chief was assassinated by one of his own guards. Kathy Gannon reports that polling there has been postponed for one week. ("..to take place.")
