CALGARY. x-18s. The Saskatchewan Roughriders will face the Calgary Stampeders tomorrow without C-F-L sack leader Charleston Hughes after all. The Roughriders say Hughes has been removed from the team's active roster and fined the maximum disciplinary amount allowed -- half a game cheque. This comes after the veteran rush end was arrested and charged with impaired driving and failing to provide a breath sample for analysis. Head coach Chris Jones originally said Hughes would play. He says Hughes and the team both face challenges.
