Scholes Turns on a Sixpence to Now Back Mourinho

PAUL Scholes has changed his tune on Jose Mourinho and said the United manager should be given time to turn things around at Old Trafford.

The Reds have won just one of their last seven games but produced arguably their best performance of the season to draw 2-2 with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

That result sparked optimism among fans that United could get a result against Juventus, but the Italians proved too strong and left with all three points, thanks to Paulo Dybala's first-half strike.

Now Scholes, who has been scathingly critical of Mourinho at times this season, doesn't think the time is right for United to cut ties with their manager.
