Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says his government is treading carefully as it considers how to respond to the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi. There have been calls for Canada to cancel a lucrative armoured vehicle contract with Saudi Arabia over Khashoggi's murder.
