REGINA x-15s. Saskatchewan's social services minister says the provinces hopes to apologize to '60s Scoop survivors by year's end. The provincial government had already promised to deliver an apology during this legislative session. The province says a report based on testimony from current sharing circles will be filed and is intended to inform the apology. Opposition N-D-P Leader Ryan Meili says the government is only allowing a week after the meetings end to file a report. He says the short timeline has been a source of stress for those involved.
