Wow Air Offering $69 One-Way Flights to Iceland before Leaving St. Louis for Good

There's time to score a cheap flight across the Atlantic before Wow Air departs permanently from St. Louis and nonstop service to Europe is gone.

The airline, known for its purple planes, is offering "Purple Friday" and Cyber Monday sales for travelers from St. Louis Lambert International Airport -- $69 one-way flights to Reykjavik, Iceland, and $99 one-way flights to Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin and London.

The flights went on sale Tuesday at wowair.us and can be purchased through Sunday.

But if you want to fly from St. Louis, you're short on time to plan a vacation. The final Wow flight from Lambert to Iceland is set for Jan. 6, and from Iceland to St. Louis on Jan. 7.
