DOM Manfredi has signed a new three-year deal to remain with Wigan after ending two years of injury hell in spectacular fashion at the end of last season.

The flying winger suffered an ACL injury midway through the 2016 Betfred Super League campaign that kept him out for a year, only to suffer a recurrence as he attempted to get back to full speed in a Warriors reserve fixture.

A further 12 months on, Manfredi returned to the side as Wigan were hit by similar injuries to Joe Burgess and Liam Marshall, going on to score two vital tries in the club's 12-4 Grand Final victory over Warrington at Old Trafford "I'm over the moon to be honest," said the 25-year-old.

"I wouldn't want to go anywhere else as I love the club. I love everything that it's about, so I'm really happy to extend my stay at the DW Stadium. …
