BOYLE, Alberta. x-13s. A B-C woman who was caught going 215 kilometres an hour on a northern Alberta highway has been given the maximum fine for speeding any provincial court in the province can hand down. The 23-hundred-dollar penalty was assessed yesterday to Samantha Bookey. Court heard the resident of Aldergrove was tagged on radar going 105 kilometres over the limit on Highway 63 in August of last year. R-C-M-P Constable Paul Banks says despite improvements to the highway, there's no excuse for speeding.
