KEITH Hill hit out at Rochdale's silent supporters following his side's 1-0 win against Accrington Stanley at the Crown Oil Arena.

Ian Henderson's 62nd-minute header earned Dale the three points and while Hill was delighted to edge a close contest, he was less than impressed with the home fans.

"Ian Henderson is like me, he's been here a long time so that leaves you open to criticism and it seems to me that everyone wants to criticise him, criticise me, criticise the way we play, criticise us being in League One," he said. "The away supporters were right - this is a library.

"Create some atmosphere for God's sake and support the team. It's getting like toothache.

"It was a close game, it could have gone either way.

"We've come out on top but it doesn't mean we are the better side, we were even all the way through. …
