VICTORIA. x-13s. First Nations' leaders told the National Energy Board they are deeply committed to protecting their lands from a potential environmental disaster caused by a pipeline spill. Sto:lo tribal council leader Andrew Victor says First Nations in B-C's Fraser Valley area want to be assured environmental protection remains the top priority of any oil pipeline project in their territories.
