The U-S and China have declared a 90 day truce to work out their differences in a trade dispute that threatens to disrupt the global economy. Following a dinner in Argentina between U-S President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping, Trump agreed to hold off on plans to raise tariffs on New Year's Day on 200-billion dollars worth of Chinese goods.
